Paluki's Folk Art
Paluki's tradition was greatly influenced by neighbouring three regions: Great Poland, Cuiavia and Pomerania, especially by the first one, therefore Paluki's folk culture is rooted in Great Poland's folk culture. The dialect, culture, folk art, local customs and tradition through the ages have shaped Paluki's identity, individual character, a sense of local patriotism and attachment to the land of ancestors. These days all kinds of festivals and happenings are being organised in Znin to preserve these values.
Paluki's tradition and culture have been passed down since medieval times and is visible in architecture e.g. the castle ruins in Venice[Wenecja] near Znin, churches and the city hall tower.
